Pici al ragu is one of my favorite dishes I ate while in Tuscany, Italy. Take a trip down memory lane with me and learn how to make a delicious, rustic, home-cooked Italian meal. Pici are long, chewy, utterly tasty, hand rolled noodles.

In this private workshop, I will teach you how to make handmade, Pici pasta, and a slow-cooked ragu to accompany it. We can also coordinate a side dish or two to complete the meal together if you wish.
