This Greek Yogurt Ranch is a fresh, zippy take on traditional ranch dressing and takes just a few minutes to come together! Made with Greek yogurt, a touch of mayonnaise, dried spices, and pickle juice!
In a small bowl, combine 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried dill, 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives, dill, or scallions, ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, and 1 - 2 tablespoons pickle brine (or water).Taste and season with salt as needed. To serve as a dip: Serve and enjoy! To serve as a dressing: Thin out sauce with water to desired consistency.Note: For best results, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
Notes
Pickle Brine: I simply scoop out a tablespoon or two of pickle brine from my jar of pickles and add it to the yogurt. Alternatively, you can just use water or a 50/50 ratio fo vinegar and water with a pinch of sugar to replicate pickle brine.Storage: This dip/dressing can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for 5 - 7 days. For longer storage (7 - 10 days), store fresh herbs separately. Serve with fresh veggies, wings, pizza, or salad!
