Pan-Fried Oyster Mushrooms

These crispy pan fried oyster mushrooms are SO delicious. They are hands-down, my favorite way to cook mushrooms.

Step 1: Separate, and clean mushrooms with a damp towel. Tear into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2: Preheat oil in a pan until it begins to shimmer. Sear the mushrooms on one side for 2 to 3 minutes.

TIP: Don't keep moving them, as this will prevent browning!)

Step 3: When deep golden brown in color, flip and cook the other side for 2 to 3 minutes.

Transfer the crispy mushrooms to a paper towel and season well.

Toss them with melted butter and a sprig of rosemary - serve warm!
