This mascarpone polenta is so rich and creamy.

Ingredients you will need:
Step 1. Add your cornmeal, water or stock, milk, salt, pepper, and a bit of butter to a dutch oven.
Step 2. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, covered. Remove the cover, and stir the mixture with a wooden spoon.
Step 3. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, then check for doneness.
Step 4. Remove the pot from the heat, then stir in the cheeses and butter.
