How to Make Homemade Pasta

This homemade pasta recipe makes the most luxurious egg dough! You'll fall in love with its delicate, delicious flavor.

Step 1: Make a well in the center of the flour and whisk the eggs.

How to Make It:

Step 2. Whisk in a little flour at a time until the dough forms a thick paste.

Step 3. Transfer dough to a work surface and knead until smooth.

Step 4. Wrap and rest the dough for 20 minutes to 2 hours to let the gluten relax.

Step 5. Run the dough through your pasta maker, starting at the widest setting (1) and increasing the setting until it reaches your desired thickness.

Step 6.  Run the sheet through your desired cutter (such as the fettuccine attachment).

Step 6.  Store on a baking sheet and cook until al dente, or freeze for later!
