Kale Pasta Sauce

This shockingly easy, utterly tasty, and vibrant green-hued kale pasta sauce with olive oil and garlic is the ideal mid-week lunch or dinner.

Step 1: Prep the kale. Remove any thick ribs and stems from the kale.

How to Make It:

Step 2. Saute garlic on low heat until soft, golden, and aromatic.

Step 3. Boil the kale. Blanch the kale until tender.

Step 4.  Blend the kale with the garlic oil until smooth.

Step 5. Season the sauce, and toss with your cooked pasta.

Step 6. Transfer to serving bowls, garnish with cheese, and enjoy!
