Brioche Cinnamon Rolls

These overnight cinnamon rolls are so soft and fluffy!

They are made from scratch using a soft and fluffy brioche dough topped with a sweet cream cheese glaze.

Ingredients you will need:

Step 1. Mix the dough ingredients and knead until soft and sticky.

Step 2. Continue kneading until a smooth, non-sticky ball forms.

Step 3. Let the dough chill and proof overnight.

Step 4. Roll out the brioche dough into a rectangle shape.

Step 5. Spread cinnamon-sugar filling on the dough, then roll up into a tight log.

Step 6.  Cut the log into 9 equal pieces, then proof once more before baking.

Step 6.  Bake, frost, and serve!
