Baked Brie with Fig Jam, Rosemary, and Pecans

This baked brie is a total holiday crowd-pleaser!

Brie is topped with fig jam, rosemary, and pecans, then wrapped in puff pastry and baked. It's so delicious, with ooey gooey cheese!

Ingredients you will need:

Step 1. Melt butter in a small saucepan, then add the pecans and rosemary.

Step 2. Slice 1/4-inch off the top of the brie to remove the rind.

Step 3. Place the brie, fig jam, and rosemary nut butter on top of the puff pastry.

Step 4. Pull up the corners of the puff pastry to form a sealed envelope.

Step 5. Brush the pastry with an egg wash.

Step 6. Bake until golden-brown on all sides.

Step 7. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice into wedges and serve.
